Uganda secured their first T20 World Cup victory, defeating Papua New Guinea by three wickets.

Veteran spinner Frank Nsubuga, at 43, played a key role in this historic win with figures of 2/4.

Nsubuga's performance helped bowl out Papua New Guinea for just 77 runs at the Guyana National Stadium.

His four runs conceded in four overs set a new record for the fewest runs given in a full spell at a Men's T20 World Cup.

Uganda's innings began poorly, losing three wickets for six runs, but they managed to hold their nerve.

The team chased down the target with 10 balls remaining, showcasing resilience and determination.
