Jasprit Bumrah led India to victory in the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024 in Barbados, earning the Player of the Tournament award. 

Bumrah's performance included collecting 15 wickets at an average of 8.26 and an economy rate of 4.17, the best for bowlers with over 20 overs. 

India began their campaign at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium, where Bumrah's standout performance against Ireland earned him Player of the Match. 

In a pivotal match against Pakistan, Bumrah took key wickets, including Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan, finishing with figures of 3/14. 

During the Super Eights phase, Bumrah continued to shine, taking 6 wickets for 49 runs across three grounds, ensuring India's top position in the group. 

His exceptional bowling against Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and Australia included crucial wickets and economical spells that secured victories for India. 

In the semi-final against England, Bumrah's opening spell with Axar Patel set the tone, leading to key dismissals and securing India's spot in the final. 

In the final against South Africa, Bumrah's dream delivery dismissed Reeza Hendricks, showcasing his skill and contributing to India's defense of 176/7. 

With South Africa needing 21 from the final 15 balls, Bumrah's crucial wicket of Marco Jansen left the Proteas too far behind, sealing India's win. 

Bumrah's final figures of 2/18 in the decisive match crowned a remarkable tournament, solidifying his legacy as one of the greatest T20 World Cup performers.
